Choose a topic concerning lighting that particularly interests you and post a blog about it. Come to class prepared to discuss it. Everyone should preview what each other posts, so that they can read up on the topics and have intelligent discourse.

For my discussion, I will be focusing on the Florida incentives for sustainable lighting. I felt the need to touch on this subject mainly because I have heard about the so-called rebates and tactics to encourage people to change their energy-wasting ways, but have yet to find out what those truly entail. See you all tomorrow!
I found that Fiber optic lighting is most interesting to me. I like the idea of having a single light source and having the control system all in one spot. It would be interesting to see a house that used the Fiber Optics as its only source of light. Not only is it green, but it is safe also. It can be used around water and it does not overheat.
